Answer: You should contact the retailer from which you bought the product with your proof of purchase in order to make a claim under the warranty.

Answer: All Campingaz products can be bought through our online store or at selected retailers throughout United Arab Emirates. Contact us for more details on your nearest retailer should you prefer to shop in-store.

Answer: You can return the product to the retailer where the item was purchased.

Answer: You should check our website for up-to-date information about the current Campingaz product range available in the Republic of South Africa.

Answer: Campingaz and Coleman cartridges comply with standard EN417, and are made to be stored with no limit date, as far as the storage area is well ventilated and dry (as it is written on the body).

Answer: On our website on each product page, You will find a “features” section which tells you which cartridges are compatible with your stove or lantern. 

Answer: No – Since 2007, all our stoves have been developed with an EasyClic® Plus connection. These can only work with EasyClic® Plus cartridges.
